My name is Faris Khan. Having growing up playing sports, competitiveness has always been part of my nature. I was always the active type but my true love for fitness didn’t come until high school.
Back in 11th grade, I decided to join the track team. I wasn’t the fastest, strongest, nor the most athletic.
It was the conference championship and my team was seeded to win as long as we all did our part. My job was to get anything but last place in the 100m dash. I was doing great but about 70 meters into the race my body began to slow down. I could do nothing but watch the guy next to me run right by me, leaving me in last place. I remember that race like it was yesterday. From that moment, everything changed.
I took it upon myself to learn as much as possible in order to become the faster, strongest, and most explosive athlete out there. I became so intrigued at how the human body works and what it is capable of that I ended up pursuing a degree in Kinesiology.
After obtaining my degree, I became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Since 2012, I have been working in the personal training and sports performance industries and have been able to help thousands of individuals.
Now my biggest goal is to motivate, inspire, and help as many people as possible become the best versions of themselves.
